What are the Causes of Cervical Spondylosis?
• Bone spurs, overgrowth of bone. The extra bone can press on delicate areas of the spine, like the spinal cord and nerves causing severe pain.
• Dehydrated spinal discs.
• Spinal bones have discs between them. The gel-like material inside the discs can dry out as age progresses in a few individuals. This causes your spinal vertebrae to rub together more causing pain.

What are the Symptoms?
Symptoms especially the severity of pain varies from individual to individual:

• Numbness and tingling sensation in the neck radiates to the arm and fingers
